Which seems about right. So those guys at right, shown at the Bills training camp, are in NFL Hell's Waiting Room. But, while they'll be freezing cold in two weeks and doomed to a 4-12 record, at least the Bills' players don't have to look at Al Davis on a daily basis.
The NC! Poll that asked
Which NFL team would be Hell, metaphorically speaking?
Saw these results (votes, then percent total in parentheses):
Buffalo Bills 4 (57%)
Oakland Raiders 4 (57%)
Cleveland Browns 3 (42%)
Detroit Lions 2 (28%)
Miami Dolphins 1 (14%)
Jacksonville Jaguars 1 (14%)
Kansas City Chiefs 1 (14%) -- Hell? Not for long: remember, I'm picking the Chiefs over the Packers in this year's Super Bowl.
Arizona Cardinals 1 (14%)
San Fran 49ers 1 (14%)
And, the four votes I'm betting were cast by Brett Favre deserve a special mention:
Green Bay, but only if I have to sit next to Ted Thompson 4 (57%)
