Teach Your Children Well (Babies In Sports Gear)
By now you know that our society is seriously what I would call "F***ed in the Head" and by that I mean not only do the Republicans repeatedly go to bat for the rights of porn stars to make millions tax free and use that money to pretend they're not porn stars, but people will also voluntarily fund the right of an admitted dog-electrocuter to make $100,000,000.
These people, mind you are not themselves millionaires; they're the (presumably) hard-working Philadelphians who do not earn $100,000,000 themselves; they just make it possible for Michael Vick to earn $100,000,000 by going and willingly giving their money to the team that employs him.
Aside from the fact that it's morally wrong for anyone to earn $100,000,000, it is especially inappropriate for a person who once electrocuted puppies to earn that kind of money -- let alone for our society to idolize him to the point where we cheer for him on Sundays, and, worse, where we encourage our kids to idolize him.
Michael Vick may have a right, in society, to go out and earn a living. He has no right to our respect, no right to earn $100,000,000, and no right to serve as a role model of any sort to our kids.
All of which is what makes the following so wrong:
